1. Subscriptions
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Premium features require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
Subscription Plans
- Weekly: Automatically renews every week
- Monthly: Automatically renews every month
- Yearly: Automatically renews every year
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings. No refunds for unused portions of any subscription period.
Free Trials
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and limited to one per user.
Refunds
All purchases are through Apple. For refunds, contact Apple Support directly.
2. Privacy & Data
We do not store your photos or create user accounts. Photos are analyzed by AI and immediately deleted after processing. Analysis results are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Disclaimers
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: This App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is for educational and informational purposes only.
No Medical Use
Body analysis results are estimates based on AI visual analysis and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns.
Accuracy
Results are estimates and may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angles, and other factors. We do not guarantee accuracy or specific results.
Service Availability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for health issues or injuries from following recommendations
5. Apple Terms
This license is between you and Body Type Analysis, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, warranty claims, or any third-party claims. See Apple's EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
